Privacy Policy: We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected.

  • Your personal information will never be sold or shared with third parties.

Return Policy: Our belly bands are sanitary garments and are NOT exchangeable or returnable due to possible bacteria contamination. We care about our customers’ dogs and this is for their safety.

Sizing: The sizes listed in the drop down boxes are your dog’s WAIST size, not the length of the bands. Please order by your dog’s waist size. Bands allow room to wrap around and for pads to fit into the band, and they are adjustable. Bands will fit a bit over and under the measurements listed. Please check the width sizes at the bottom of the boy band page before ordering to make sure it is the correct width for your particular dog. Please text with any questions before ordering or if you would like the band to be a different width. We are happy to do custom orders at no extra charge!  602 485 5490.

Shipping Policy: We process and ship your items as quickly as possible; Priority ships next business day; 1st class typically ships in 24-48 hours. Items are shipped by your choice of USPS First Class or Priority mail. We guarantee that your package will arrive at your mailbox or door undamaged. Your order will be tracked by USPS tracking service and if you do not choose signature delivery it is considered delivered when your carrier scans the package in as delivered to your mailbox or door. We cannot be responsible for theft, loss, or damage that occurs after your package is tracked as delivered to your mailbox or home. If you want insurance or signature delivery as proof of delivery, you must choose it when you check out in the shopping cart. If you do not want your package left in your mailbox or at your door, you must choose the “Signature delivery” option.

Orders to out-of-US countries: We guarantee that out-of-country orders will clear customs at the US border and will leave the US. We may not have tracking capability once mail leaves the US, as it is given to your government postal service for delivery to your door. However, we do insure all International orders and we will file an insurance claim for a lost package and refund the purchase price or reship once the claim is paid.

Security: We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Warranty: Our bands are guaranteed to be free of defects upon receipt. If Buyer uses our belly bands in a way not intended or recommended by Seller, the Seller undertakes no responsibility for the quality of the Goods or that the Goods will be fit for any particular purpose for which Buyer may be buying the Goods, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, and Seller disclaims all other warranties and conditions, express or implied. The seller shall not be liable to buyer or any other third party for loss, damage or injury of any kind or nature arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions in excess of the net purchase price of the goods actually delivered to and paid for by buyer.

    Been using your belly bands whenever I have a male with an “issue” since 2002. LOVE THEM!!! I now have a Skye who is unpredictable and can go days with out an accident — then presto — it’s like he has never been housebroken. So just in case, he wears your belly bands with pride! I love them because they are cute but very well made and don’t pull on his fur. Thank you so much for such a wonderful product that holds up for years of wearing and washing!
